How do I get started?

It’s easy peasy! Start by adding the items you wish to purchase into the shopping cart. During the checkout process, you will be prompted to create an account. You’ll need to upload a copy of a government-issued photo ID. If you are a state-issued Medical Marijuana Identification Card (MMIC) holder, you’ll need to upload that as well. Once you’re a member, you can check out and arrange payment and delivery! We can’t wait to see you!

Is being a member and ordering from Cannagram legal?

Absolutely! Being a member of our Cannagram family and buying cannabis from licensed retailers like us is 100% legal under California state law as long as you are 21 or older or have a state-issued MMIC card and are 18 and over. 

What forms of ID are accepted?

Your state driver’s license, state identification card, or passport are valid forms of identification. Your ID must be valid and have a future expiration date in order to be accepted.

If I am visiting from out of state or just moved to California, am I allowed to purchase cannabis?

Heck yes!  Any individual with a valid, government-issued photo ID proving they are 21 or older may order. Unfortunately, we are not allowed to sell cannabis to medical patients without a California state ID and MMIC.

Delivery FAQs

Is Cannagram Delivery licensed?

Yes! We are fully compliant & licensed in the State of California for both Recreational and Medical Sales. C9-0000xxxx

How fast will I get my order?

We provide same-day or scheduled delivery to the greater Sacramento region and surrounding areas. We strive to complete all same-day deliveries within 1-3 hours and provide live updates to your cell phone so you can track your order’s delivery time. We do ask for grace and patience because it’s crazy out there on the road!

How are packages delivered?

Your order will be delivered to you by one of our professional and friendly Cannagram Delivery drivers! 

Payment FAQs

What types of payment do you accept?

Currently, we accept cash, debit cards, ACH payments, and gift cards at this time.

What is an ACH Payment?

An ACH payment is a type of electronic bank-to-bank payment in the US. Payments via ACH are made through the ACH network, rather than going through the card networks such as Visa or Mastercard. We use the trusted, easy-to-use platform called Paytender to facilitate ACH payments.

Are there fees for debit or ACH payments?

Yes, there is a small convenience fee associated with these transactions, which is charged by the provider for these payment methods.

Do you charge tax?

Just like anything else you purchase in California, and pursuant to California law, taxes are assessed on all cannabis purchases. There is a cannabis excise tax of 15% imposed by the State of California and sales tax based on where the product is delivered. Trust us…we don’t like it either… 

Can I use more than one discount code per order?

Unless otherwise instructed, we can only accept one promotional or coupon code per order. You can, however, use your Cannagram Points along with your codes.

May I tip the driver?

Tips are appreciated, but not required. Our team works hard to provide you with five-star service and we are grateful for any gratuity that you contribute.

What if I receive a defective product or if I am unhappy with my purchase? Is there any recourse?

We want you to be thrilled with your purchase and experience. If you feel as if a product is defective or if something just isn’t right, please let us know! One of our Cannagram team members will do whatever they can to make sure you are satisfied.
