Cannagram is hands down the best delivery dispensary I’ve ever delt with. I’ve been using them for about two years, I think. I’ve only ever had one small problem and they solved it without a second thought. Personally, I love that I often get the same driver on certain days. Seriously, these drivers have become like family..when they pull up they ask how my family is doing and we catch up for the past week. Delivery windows are 2 hours.  I waited for an update on my order until 13 minutes before the end of the 2 hour window before texting for an update if my order was yet out for delivery.  A woman from the business then called and said that my order had been FORGOTTEN and that a driver would need to come pickup my order before heading my way (a store parking lot 20 minutes from home).  I was given a vague answer about how long I’d have to wait again while having other things to do.  Later they texted the wait would be an additional 1.5 hours.  I requested a discount code for future use OR the like for the 3.5 hour wait and received a reply from their number they would let me know when their manager got off the phone — that was now more than 29 hours ago.  I’ve texted the number twice for an update with no response.  Not good business practice, looks like others have had same issues.
